Frankincense was the first oil I applied to my skin and after a few applications and consistent use, saw benefits that had me breath a sigh of relief, I personally felt more comfortable no longer having to wear makeup and cover up spots. It is also the oil I turn to to feel grounded and safe in my body. I love to drop it onto the crown of my head and feel the energy radiate down my whole body, I also love to inhale it in moments of high pressure.
5. Thieves
Thieves essential oil is one of Young Living’s most popular products. It has a spicy aroma often describe as a spicy chai tea or the smell of Christmas, and it is perfect for freshening your home. Add it to cleaning solutions or diffuse it for a warm, welcoming environment.
Thieves essential oil blend is an important ingredient in a full range of Young Living home cleaning and personal care products, from dish soap to toothpaste and it makes every room smell more like autumn baking than harsh cleaning formulas. You can make your own cleaning products with Thieves oil too, or diffuse to make your home smell fresh.
I love that I no longer have to hold my breath when cleaning because a) breathing this in is a great wellness boost, but also b) I love the smell!
6. R.C.
R.C. is a blend of Eucalyptus, Myrtle, and other essential oils with a refreshing scent that supports a feeling of easy breathing. Diffuse it or use it before workouts for an invigorating boost.

R.C was one of the first bottles of oil I completely emptied because I just love to diffuse it on a wet or wintery day. It brings nature inside and I just love the fresh scent when we are feeling cooped up inside!
7. PanAway
Combining Wintergreen, Helichrysum, Clove, and Peppermint, PanAway essential oil has a cooling sensation, making it a popular choice for a post-workout massage to help unwind.
PanAway smells a lot like deep heat, so while you won't find me putting it into our diffusers at home you will often find me diluting it in coconut oil and rubbing it onto tight shoulders at the end of a long day!
8. Peace & Calming
This soothing blend includes Tangerine, Orange, Ylang Ylang, and Blue Tansy. Peace & Calming is perfect for winding down after a busy day—diffuse it in the evening for a calming, peaceful atmosphere.
Peace and Calming is also a beautiful ready made perfume, you can add a roller top to the bottle or dilute it in coconut oil and apply to wrists, neck and decolletage. It smells truly bougee and is still to date one of the best blends I have ever smelled.
9. Orange
The sweet and vibrant aroma of Orange essential oil brings a cheerful boost. It’s wonderful for adding to skincare products or diffusing for an uplifting environment.

Orange is beautiful in perfumes and diffuser blends, it just seems to round out everything so nicely. I am also known to pop it onto my wrists and inhale it, or apply it behind my neck when I'm in need of emotional support throughout the day. (See the first dot point above!).
10. DiGize
A unique blend of Tarragon, Ginger, Peppermint, and other essential oils, DiGize is a favourite to use after meals for a calm and comforting feeling.
Honestly, it's a smell that you probably don't want to diffuse (I never have) but there is no arguing that it works. I mix it with coconut oil and apply it topically to my tummy whenever I feel the need to.
11. Stress Away
Stress Away is a blend that combines Lime, Cedarwood, and Vanilla, creating a soothing aroma ideal for relaxation. You can use it as a natural perfume or diffuse it during a quiet evening.
As a mama of three I have a bottle of this in my handbag at all times and I love to drop it into my palms and take a deep breath when stopped in traffic, when sitting at a busy noisy playground, or when I just need to catch my breath! It's like a mini meditation in a bottle with three deep breaths.
12. Valor
Known for its uplifting and empowering scent, Valor is great for setting a positive, confident tone. Apply it in the morning to start your day strong or wear it as an inspiring fragrance.
My daughter has a courage roller in her school bag that we made for her first day of school. We have refilled it many times over the years since as she loves to still roll it on whenever she is nervous and it has become a tool she can rely on.
